Mega Play Premium Store — Staging / Test

This is a test service. This policy describes the Mega Play Premium Store staging website and its Meta WhatsApp TEST integration. It does not describe or transfer customer balances from the separate live Mega Play Bot service. Checkout and payments are not enabled in this test store.

1. Who operates this test service?

Mega Play operates this test website. For privacy inquiries or account/data removal requests, contact ayoubelkamzi2024@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

When you register: your chosen username, email address, optional phone number, a securely derived password hash, email verification status and account creation date.
When you sign in: login/session information, account security metadata and authentication cookies.
When you use the test store: product selections in your cart and any test-only website order records.
When you initiate WhatsApp verification: a short-lived hashed challenge and, if successful, a reference to the test WhatsApp sender/account plus the verification time.
Technical records used for security and troubleshooting, which may include network addresses, request times, and error information handled by our hosting infrastructure.

3. How we use it

We use this information to register and verify accounts, authenticate sign-ins, save test carts, test ownership of a WhatsApp number, maintain service security, and diagnose errors. A WhatsApp test verification does not give access to the balance, purchases, or account history of the live Mega Play Bot.

4. Services involved

Railway provides hosting and infrastructure, Resend processes email verification delivery, and Meta/WhatsApp processes messages and related information when you use the test WhatsApp flow. Each provider may process data according to its own policies. We do not sell personal information through this test service.

5. Security and storage

Website passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes rather than plaintext passwords. Sensitive contact fields are encrypted in the application's persistent storage. Sessions use restricted cookies. Verification codes have limited validity. No security system is completely risk-free, so avoid using a password you also use elsewhere.

6. Cookies

The store uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. This is used for authentication, not advertising. Your browser can clear cookies, but doing so may sign you out.

7. Retention and removal

Test account data is kept while needed to operate or evaluate the test service, unless a deletion request is fulfilled or applicable obligations require a different period. Some infrastructure logs and backups can have separate retention periods. There is not currently a self-service automatic account deletion button.

To ask us to delete or access your test account data, use our data deletion instructions or email ayoubelkamzi2024@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

8. Changes and questions

We may update this policy as test features change. Any future production checkout, payment collection, or balance integration requires a separate review and updated disclosures before launch.
